MMG Optimizes F65 Material used in 100 Base TX Lan Transformers
MMG-North America has optimized its F65, a maganese-zinc material for ferrite transformer cores. Designed for 100 BASE TX LAN (local area network) transformers, MMG's F65 now achieves the requirement of 350  H minimum inductance with 8
mADC bias applied over the temperature range of 0 degrees to 70 degrees C. At present
most standard materials do not meet these demanding specifications. Available in a full
range of popular toroid core sizes beginning at 0.135" diameter.
