electrical wiring?

i have a welder for 220 watt outlet and only have a standard 120 watt outlet any way to make it work out ?

Answer:
Rewire the outlet. Is it a seperate outlet, or is it tied to other outlets? If it is on a seperate breaker by itself, you can easily change it (so long as the wire is big enough to handle the amp load).

Running a new, dedicated line will probably be the easiest and safest way, though. If you don't have 220 service coming into your garage or shop, you'll have a lot more cost. Most likely, you do, so it shouldn't be too bad.
