MMG offers high precision injection moulded isotropic and anisotropic components. These materials can be designed to replace an existing component of isotropic bonded ferrite or hard ferrite or, alternatively, specifically engineered to customer requirements and including features such as insert moulded shafts and bushes etc. Magnets are produced orientated in general directions e.g. axially or radially, or with specifically placed oriented pole areas. These tables represent the preferred or popular sizes of components available, other sizes or grades may be available on request. Components can be magnetised exactly to customer specifications. Complex magnetisation patterns may require special tooling.
