- At MMG-North America we have a broad range of capabilities to get you, the customer, what
you want when you want it.

We utilize state of the art batch and tunnel kilns in the manufacture of our ferrite parts.
Our tunnel kilns provide the high degree of consistency of continuous firing, while the
batch kilns provide the flexibility associated with periodic kilns. These two sintering
methods allow us to provide you with specifically optimized firings to meet your special
design requirements.
- Our in house grinding and machining operations allow us to provide high quality very
tight mechanical tolerenced parts. We can also provide tumbled parts which are free of
all sharp edges.
- Our in house coating capabilities allow us to meet or exceed your requirements for Voltage Breakdown eliminating
the need for third party value/cost impact.
- Color coding is another service we offer when the option of part or vendor identification is required.
- MMG has custom inductance sorting and grading capabilities for non-mated geometries. We
can grade product into several bands or provide 100% testing to given tolerances. This allows
winders to maintain better control of required number of turns from a given lot of cores.
- By using more sophisticated equipment MMG can also sort parts by inductance further
into 5 categories. This ability gives us the advantage of shipping parts that have tighter
tolerances to meet the most stringent demands.
- New to MMG-North America is the Advanced Prototype Center. Many customers require small volume runs for
such things as beta site tests or emergency builds and require an expedited delivery. To serve these special requirements,
MMG-North America's Advanced Prototype Center has the ability to duplicate all the functions of a
full production center including special testing, handling, documentation, special shipping demands, and C of C's
at a reduced lead time for a nominal fee.
- MMG North America's Shipping department can accomodate various shipping
requirements. We can vacuum seal parts in required bag quantities. We can also provide
shipping labels with required bar coding information.
